Sarah Terracciano
Sarah started her yoga journey in her hometown of Shreveport, Louisiana seven years ago. This tiny, light-filled studio was her refuge from small-town chaos, and she was instantly hooked on how alive her body would feel after each class. Though it wasn’t until she studied abroad in Madrid and found the Natural Yogi’s classes, that Sarah realized how much yoga could also emotionally and spiritually transform her whole being. She loves sharing all aspects of yoga as well offering a space where students can bring all aspects of themselves, too.
